Northeast Alabamians Against Trump, in response to the above question I posted on their group page, commented back, "We'll likely be working on that soon hopefully!"
To that comment I commented back to Northeast Alabamians Against Trump, saying "I suggest wrapping up Tuberville, Marshall and other Republican candidates in Alabama as enablers, supporters and would be partakers of Trump's monumental corruption." https://www.pbs.org/video/washington-week-with-the-atlantic-full-episode-53025-z2ae72/

Subject: The V Team and Trump's amassing of unchecked power and his corruption
Dear V Team:
I am writing this email in reaction to your June 1, 2025 - Legislative Dumpster Fire show, which discusses Tuberville's gubernatorial candidacy and separately asks "does the law matter?"
I urge for the 2026 elections in Alabama to be dominated by opposition to Trump's relentless amassing of unchecked power in himself to rule America, his monumental corruption, and the subservient Alabama Republicans who are enablers and supporters of Trump's power lust and his corruption and who are would-be partakers of Trump's corruption. Citizens Acting to End the Trump Presidency: The January 6th lawbreaker President, day 129.
I am not in the media and am not in a position to pose to the likes of Tuberville, Steve Marshall, and Gary Palmer (my representative) questions about Trump's relentless quest for unchecked power, his corruption and Alabama Republicans' subservience to Trump regarding the same.
Perhaps no one in Alabama print, TV or other media is in a position to pose such questions.
Josh Moon recently posted on Facebook this:
Democrats are getting smoked daily when it comes to media messaging. The party has refused to support and promote media outlets, podcasts and other platforms that do a better job relaying their messages and don't spend time degrading that message through this phony sense of "fairness" employed by traditional outlets that ends up granting the right an opportunity to simply spread lies unchecked.
I used the foregoing post by Josh Moon per Citizens Acting to End the Trump Presidency: The January 6th lawbreaker President, day 128.
I will likely keep this up.
Thank you.

Subject: Shelby County Democrats June 19th monthly meeting
Dear Shelby County Democrats:
I am an Independent.
I urge for the 2026 elections in Alabama to be dominated by a citizens' uprising against Trump's relentless amassing of unchecked power in himself to rule America and against his monumental corruption that is part and parcel of his power lust, and that this citizen uprising translate into furied attacks against servile Alabama Republicans in the 2026 elections who are enablers and supporters of the power crazed Trump and who are would-be partakers of Trump's corruption.
I am strenuously acting in the foregoing vein, as extensively laid out in my blog Citizens Acting to End the Trump Presidency
I have read the vision of the Shelby County Democrats as set out at Our Vision | Shelby County Democrats.
I don't know whether you think there is compatibility between what Shelby County Democrats will try to do in the 2026 elections and what I am trying to do.
If you think there is compatibility, I would like to develop the same in discussions with you and, if you think it productive, I would be pleased to briefly address your group at the June 19th monthly meeting.
Please just let me know what you think.
Thank you.

Caroline Self on Facebook
Harvard continues to stand up to Trump. I have never been more proud to be an alum.
Go Crimson!
From Harvard President, published May 23rd.
Dear Members of the Harvard Community,
Yesterday, the federal government announced that it has revoked Harvard’s certification under the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) and stripped the University of its authority to sponsor F- and J- visas for international students and scholars for the 2025-26 academic year. The revocation continues a series of government actions to retaliate against Harvard for our refusal to surrender our academic independence and to submit to the federal government’s illegal assertion of control over our curriculum, our faculty, and our student body.
We condemn this unlawful and unwarranted action. It imperils the futures of thousands of students and scholars across Harvard and serves as a warning to countless others at colleges and universities throughout the country who have come to America to pursue their education and fulfill their dreams. We have just filed a complaint, and a motion for a temporary restraining order will follow. As we pursue legal remedies, we will do everything in our power to support our students and scholars. The Harvard International Office will provide periodic updates as new information becomes available.
The government has claimed that its destructive action is based on Harvard’s failure to comply with requests for information from the US Department of Homeland Security. In fact, Harvard did respond to the Department’s requests as required by law.
For those international students and scholars affected by yesterday’s action, know that you are vital members of our community. You are our classmates and friends, our colleagues and mentors, our partners in the work of this great institution. Thanks to you, we know more and understand more, and our country and our world are more enlightened and more resilient. We will support you as we do our utmost to ensure that Harvard remains open to the world.
Sincerely,
Alan M. Garber

Subject: Blue Dots Alabama, 50501 Alabama and Northeast Alabamians Against Trump
I am a member of the Facebook groups Blue Dots Alabama, 50501 Alabama and Northeast Alabamians Against Trump, and I submitted the following post to them:
On Friday, Caroline Self, who heads up Blueprint Alabama (https://www.facebook.com/blueprintalabama) and who is a Harvard graduate, posted on her Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/carolineself) the Harvard President's letter explaining Havard's lawsuit against the Trump administration about the ban of foreign students. Caroline said, "Harvard continues to stand up to Trump. I have never been more proud to be an alum."
I commented back to Caroline "I have done a lot of anti-Trump emailing to Alabama universities. Could you or others in Blueprint Alabama and I work together on trying to get Alabama universities to speak up more and stand up more against Trump?"
I make that same appeal to Blue Dots Alabama (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1775726016533564), 50501 Alabama (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1579343450121997) and Northeast Alabamians Against Trump |https://www.facebook.com/groups/1330024198253990 Facebook.

Subject: "President Trump is moving boldly to restore the United States Constitution"
Dear former Alabama Supreme Court Justice Mitchell,
I am a retired Alabama lawyer.
In your letter to Governor Ivey resigning as Alabama Supreme Court Justice (Alabama Supreme Court Justice Jay Mitchell resigns), you say, "President Trump is moving boldly to restore the United States Constitution - and we must ensure that his agenda takes root not only in Washington, but also in the states. I feel called to play a larger role in that effort in Alabama."
In this regard, you are being touted as the front runner to be the next Alabama Attorney General, other possible candidates being former United States attorney Jay Town, AG Steve Marshall's special counsel Katherine Robertson, and Blount County District Attorney Pamela Casey. Candidates flock to attorney general's race | INSIDE THE STATEHOUSE.
My view is that Donald Trump is seeking to undermine the United States Constitution and the rule of law as part of a relentless. overriding motivation on his part to amass unchecked and ultimately unconstitutional power in himself to rule over the United States.
I will be endeavoring to get my view of Donald Trump raised in, and debated by the candidates in, the 2026 Alabama Attorney General election.
Thank you for reading this email.
Sincerely,
Rob Shattuck

To whom it may concern:
For more than a year and a half I have been trying to call out the Alabama legal profession publicly about Trump and the rule of law.
I could use the below article to send more emails to Alabama lawyers.
The End of Rule of Law - The Atlantic
The 47th president seems to wish he were king—and he is willing to destroy what is precious about this country to get what he wants.
By J. Michael Luttig
I am getting to the point I think it is not worth doing that.
What do you think?

On Facebook
I posted the above "To whom it may concern:" on my Facebook and on my Facebook group Alabama Lawyers Against Trump | Facebook
Also, I am a member of Blue Dots Alabama | Facebook and of 50501 Alabama | Facebook, and I submitted the above "To whom it may concern:" to those groups and the groups posted the same on their Facebook pages.

Facebook comments posted on above posts (names omitted)
[From me] ____ I continue wishing for the Alabama Trump resistance to do organized, targeted emailing, such as directed towards the Alabama legal profession and the Alabama business community, as may advance the case against Trump. _____ has offered to participate. I think more participants are needed to get going. _______________.
[To me] I believe calling people out publicly is more effective... Make a post and tag them.
[From me] ____________ I am exerting myself greatly to call out people publicly via my blogs, emails (on which Alabama TV stations get copied and which are posted in my blogs to make a record for others to see) and to a lesser extent via posts on Facebook where my tags have limited reach.
[To me] Many people are doing mass emails to multiple sources daily
[From me] ______ Can you put me in touch with them?
[To me]  there are many groups doing mass emails... There are prompts posted almost daily through social media. A group of my friends sends them to each other and we all do what we can when we can. All activists are at capacity. This is on each individual to start making noise in their own way and fight for what affects them and their loved ones. Causes will start colliding.
[From me] ____ Again I would like a name, email address, a link that will identify the person, or other info that would allow me to get in touch with them. If you prefer not to give such information, that's ok.
[From me] ____ Alternatively, let me come up with something that you might communicate to them for introducing myself to them.
[From me] ___________  Further alternatively, just give them a link to my blog and say, "This guy would like to communicate with you if you are receptive to his getting in touch with you." https://trumptweet.blogspot.com/
[To me]  these are graphics that groups post and circulate online. I do not personally know the ones making the graphics I simply see a call to action and get to action either emailing, calling, mailing, or posting.
[From me]_______________  Thank you. Per the post I made last night here on 50501 Alabama's group page and elsewhere, I will be focused for now on publicly calling out the Alabama legal profession about Trump and the rule of law. ______
[To me] I invited a few attorney friends to your group hopefully they are already doing work behind the scenes
[From me] I hope those working behind the scenes have an ultimate goal of publicly calling out the Alabama legal profession to speak up about Trump and the rule of law.
[To me] We must keep pushing. Slow down if you think it will make you more effective, but never stop until he is stopped.
[From me] _____ I would like to think this would be more effective if other Alabama lawyers (and non-lawyers) would send emails to the Alabama State Bar, to local bar associations, to Alabama law school deans and to others in the Alabama legal community urging them to speak up about Trump and the rule of law. ______

Barry Marks' posted entirety of Luttig article on Facebook

Does the Alabama State Bar Bench & Bar Relations Committee agree or disagree with Pam Bondi's cutting off the American Bar Association's access to non-public information about Trump nominees. and her saying,
“Unfortunately, the ABA no longer functions as a fair arbiter of nominees’ qualifications, and its ratings invariably and demonstrably favor nominees put forth by Democratic Administrations . . .
